Pricing Guide
In a time when the cost of health insurance is high and often comes with high deductibles, we have decided to provide a direct pay model in an effort to bring affordable healthcare to our community. As part of our effort to practice transparency, we have provided a list of services and their associated fees. These fees may be updated from time to time based on the cost of supplies. We will routinely update our pricing guide to ensure our patients are able to review the cost of services prior to them being rendered.
